Organic Meats! Animals raised in the great outdoors, not a factory.
Hugh Timlin's children are going back to the farm he built over 30 years ago. They will be tapping trees for maple syrup, rebuilding pasture fences, tilling the garden, constructing new chicken coops and repairing the house and shanty. They will be raising organic meats and vegetables. All the meats will be USDA inspected and able to be served in your favorite local restaurant. Imagine an organic turkey burger at the Emory or a delicious organic steak at Cass Café, hotdogs at Motor City Brewery Works or pork chops at Union Street. You can have your own organic meats delivered right to your home. Now accepting a limited number of orders for lamb, beef, pasture graised veal, turkey, chicken, pork, eggs and vegetables. Beef, chicken, eggs and vegetables will not be available until next year (2010), however we are taking orders for beef now.

We intend to market at competitive rates with Meijer, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Eastern Market and other produce stores in your area. We would also be able to deliver overnight to any one of the Continental United States. Think globally, buy locally.
Please take 5 minutes to see the 1980’s news story about the farm. This is a special place and we welcome guests. Send an e-mail if you are interested in camping at the farm and milking a goat or sheering a sheep or cutting wood. It's not really work when it is done with pleasure. Families welcome too. Great place for children to learn and explore.
