| Jazz at the detroit contemporary detroit contemporary will host a series of jazz concerts for the summer of 2003. The featured artists will include: Desi McCullers, Odessa Harris, Dan Kolton, Scott Gwinnell, Cesar Peña, Alex Trajano, Ryan Mackstaller, Frank McCullers, Carl Cafagna and Colton Weatherston. The concerts will take place on alternate Thursday nights: June 12th, June 26th, July 10th, July 24th, August 14th, and August 28th. Each concert will feature three sets of live jazz music from some of Detroit?s leading performers. Doors open at 9 PM. Tickets $7. The series will emphasize the artistry of the local jazz community in an intimate performance space. A policy of Non-Smoking will be suggested.
