I have always been intrigued by the 'gone'; those things that used to be, but now only exist in the imprint. The objects and environments that I am compelled to create are meant to be residues and recording devices. Their past has been injected into them. The use of destruction and negation as creative forces is my attempt at resignation to my own inevitable future of decay and ultimate insignificance.
